I had a smooth experience on saltair.com, which I appreciated because I really don’t like spending extra time figuring out a website. It loaded quickly for me, and I was able to find what I wanted without clicking through a bunch of random pages.

The product pages were clear, checkout was fast, and I didn’t run into anything annoying or confusing. I also liked that I could adjust my cart easily before paying, since I always double-check things before I buy. I’d use it again.

I was ready to check out, but then I noticed there weren’t many payment choices. Maybe it’s nothing, but it did make me pause for a second and wonder why they keep it so limited. Would feel a lot better if they added a few more options.

I do like that they offer refills, since that feels like good step and less waste overall. But I wish the sustainability details were explained more clearly. Right now it feels little vague, and I’m not totally sure what impact refills actually have.

I felt kind of pressured to find something better because my skin and hair were always feeling so dry after showers. But after using this, my skin feels really smooth and my hair doesn’t feel dried out anymore. I’m really happy with it.

I picked up the saltair body wash and lotion after seeing some people mention it, and I wasn’t expecting a huge thing from it. My skin gets dry really quick, especially my arms and legs, so I was kind of like, okay we’ll see. After using it for about a week, my skin did feel a lot less tight and not as flaky, which was nice because that’s usually annoying. The scent is good too, but not in a way that’s like attacking your nose. And the lotion sinks in well instead of just doing that weird sitting-on-top-of-your-skin thing. I wouldn’t say it’s some life-changing product or anything, but it worked better than what I was using before, so yeah, I’d buy it again...

I got my sister a saltair body wash and lotion set because I needed a decent gift and didn’t have the patience to overthink it. The packaging looked nice, and it felt like a safe choice without being too personal.

She liked it overall, but she did say the scent was stronger than she expected. Shipping was fine, nothing exciting, and it got there when it got there. I’d buy it again as a gift, but I’d definitely make sure the person actually likes the scent first...

I’m probably a bit biased because I really dislike subscriptions that aren’t easy to manage, but this one annoyed me. I had to email someone just to cancel it, which felt unnecessary. I’d much rather have a simple cancel button in my account.

I ordered from Saltair and was happy with how easy the whole delivery process was. My package came fast, the tracking actually updated like it should, and it arrived on the day it said it would. Everything was packed well too, with no leaks or damaged items. Compared to a few other brands I’ve ordered from where tracking is vague or the box shows up looking rough, this was a much smoother experience.

I do like some of the stuff they sell, so it’s not like I had a terrible experience overall. But the whole communication thing got annoying after a while.
I changed my email settings because I was getting way too many promos and all that, but the messages kept showing up anyway. I also got texts after I thought I had opted out, which just felt a little pushy and unnecessary.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took some time and didn’t really sort it out right away. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst site or anything, I just wish they were better about respecting those preferences.

I really like that Saltair doesn’t test on animals, and the body wash smells so nice, and shipping was totally fine, so overall it just makes me feel better buying from them because it feels like I’m getting something I enjoy without feeling guilty about it.

The new stuff looks interesting, and I already feel like I’m probably going to like it based on what I’ve seen so far. I just wish there were more reviews out there first, mostly so I could hear other people say the same thing and feel better about trying them

I wasn’t really impressed with the ingredients in this. I expected something a bit better, but after checking the label, it just didn’t feel like the best quality to me. Has anyone else noticed the same issue?

The bottle is a good size, and there is enough in it to last me a while. I am happy with how long it has been lasting so far.

Most of the time they have what I’m looking for, so that part’s been convenient. I haven’t really had to wait around much either. The only thing is, after I pay, I always feel a little unsure until I actually get my order in hand. Not sure why, but I don’t fully relax until everything’s confirmed and received
